Congratulations to SPORT4LIFE on becoming national champions 2010!!!
In a tournament heavily disrupted by the bad weather two of our teams headed up there with great belief and a passion to win. Under 19's sport4life had a group of 4 then knockouts, it was a tough old group with no team prevailing as an outright victor, sport4life won the group but has 2 draws and 1 win to their name, in the final they met Clitheroe and from what was a tense and highly skillful game sport4life came out eventual winners 2-1. In the under 14's st martins had a little less luck with their group being fully packed and with some tough competition from all over the country. They didn't make the knockout stages to to get that far to nationals is a phenomenal achievement. This just shows that there is a lot of talent in the midlands and we at the FED are trying our hardest to expose this to bigger better things. 5-A-SIDE FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT
