  • The young people will be able to take part in 2 activities, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. The activities will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
  • All activities will be led by a team of fully-qualified and experienced instructors.
  • The young people will need to bring a packed lunch and drink and any waterproof clothing that they have although specific equipment such as wetsuits, lifejackets and helmets will be provided.
  • Showers are available if they wish to use them so a change of clothes and a towel are also worth considering.
