This offer can only be used once (1 free night per stay, regardless of duration) and your booking must include at least 3 midweek nights to claim your free night.

DISCOUNT
A discount of 10% is given to clubs and organisations, which are affiliated to the Birmingham Federation of Clubs for Young People.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF HIRE 2009
DEPOSIT
A non-returnable deposit must accompany each booking. The rate is £40 for three nights or less. £60 for more than three nights. This amount will be deducted from the total of the final invoice.
MINIMUM NUMBERS – Bookings are based on groups of 14 or more unless it has previously agreed that a smaller party is to be accommodated. Final numbers are required 5 days before your group is due to arrive. An invoice will be sent to you using this figure as a minimum number. Should your group size increase the higher figure will be charged.
CANCELLATION Cancellations to be received in writing. A cancellation charge will be levied as follows: For bookings cancelled less than 4 weeks before the date on which the booking is due to commence – 50% For bookings cancelled less than 1 week before the date on which the booking is due to commence – 100%.
PAYMENT An invoice will be sent to you and unless otherwise agreed with the Federation it must be paid within 28 days of invoice date. A surcharge of 2% per week will be added to an overdue account.
ARRIVING On arrival, the Leader will be issued with a key and also a contact telephone number of the wardens. Please ring them in any emergency so they can be on hand to assist.
IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO SMOKE IN THIS BUILDING.
SUPERVISION Groups using the facilities must be supervised, by responsible adults at all times during their stay. Leaders should ensure that every member of their group makes themselves aware of the fire escapes. Doors should not be propped open nor obstructed during your stay. Keeping them shut and unlocked will serve to delay the progress of any fire, assist your group in getting out quickly and help to increase the time your group has to escape. In the event of an automatic fire alarm, being activated group MUST evacuate the building immediately. DO NOT RE-ENTER THE BUILDING UNTIL IT IS SAFE TO DO SO. Please contact the warden. It is essential to account for all members of your party as soon as possible so when the fire service arrives they can be made aware of anybody who is missing. It may help during you stay to record when people are in or out. Groups should be advised to leave the building as quickly as possible in an orderly manner without stopping to collect personal items. It will waste valuable time if you try to retrieve belongings. The fire alarm will trigger automatically. This may incur a charge if it is caused by inappropriate action by a member of your group. Wood Lane is a narrow and busy road, leaders should advise their groups to be careful when they leave the property on foot or in a vehicle. Groups should bring a First Aid Kit with them especially when they are doing outdoor pursuit activities. The local doctor will accept anyone in need of medical assistance, Hollyoaks Surgery, Station Road, Wythall B47 6ET, the number is 01564 823182. Primary care number is given on the recorded message if surgery is closed. You could also ring NHS Direct 0845 4647.
BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE Visitors are reminded that they are responsible for any damage to the buildings and its contents. Charges will be made to cover the cost of any materials used, replacement equipment and labour involved in repairs.
VACATING Groups must leave the Cabin by 4.00pm on the day of departure
CLEANING Care must be taken when preparing and serving food. This centre is subject to the same strict regulations governing Food Hygiene as every other food outlet. It is recommended you use a sanitising product in the kitchen area to clean down work surfaces as and when necessary during your stay. Please ensure all food waste and rubbish is put into black bags and removed to the dustbins. Groups are responsible for cleaning the facilities before they leave.
INSURANCE It is a condition of booking the centre that adequate Public Liability Insurance Cover is held.
